Mount Lawley Primary School is an Independent public school and welcomes students from Kindergarten to Year 6. As a local intake school, children who reside within our intake area are guaranteed enrolment. Out of Area applications will be considered in line with the Department of Education Enrolment Policy. In Western Australia, children are eligible to begin their education in Kindergarten. However, compulsory schooling starts the following year in Pre-primary.

Parents are encouraged to submit an application by the closing date, regardless of if the child is of compulsory school age and is guaranteed a place in the school.

Enrolment Procedure
To begin the enrolment procedure, you will be required to complete and submit the application form along with the required supporting documents as a hard copy to the Front Office between 8.00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday during school terms.
Please ensure all correct supporting documents and information is provided at the time application as incomplete applications are unable to be accepted.
Pre-primary - Year 6 Applicaiton Form
Families will be advised of the outcome of their application in writing within 3 weeks (during term) of the closing date. If your application has been successful, Part B - Formal Enrolment forms will be available to collect from the Front Office.
For mid-year enrolments, please allow up to 1 week during term for your child's enrolment to be processed.
School Tours
Mount Lawley Primary School offers tours of the main Primary School campus during terms 2, 3 & 4 from 10am - 11am.
Please register your interest to attend a school tour here. A calendar invitation will be sent to you closer to the date.
We are currently unable to offer tours of our Kindergarten site, however, please indicate through the link above if you would like to be notified should a tour become available.
