Dear parents and carers, 

This year the P&C are doing things a little differently to previous Athletics Carnivals. We have organised for our Ruby Girl coffee van to attend, selling baked goods and coffee from 9am until 2pm. Our Ruby Girl's coffee vans are proudly staffed by employees living with disabilities. See more at https://ourrubygirl.com/coffeevan/

We are also running a sausage sizzle (pre-order preferred), selling sushi (pre-order only), cold drinks and icy poles.

To make the sausage sizzle fundraiser a success, we need the help of our school community! Please sign up to volunteer your time on the barbecue here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084EAAA623A1F8CF8-sausage . You can put your name down for more than one half-hour slot - and please do so if you can.

Food options:

• Sausage Sizzle: $3.50 each or 2 for $6.00.
  • One sausage in a bread bun w/without onions, sauce.
  • Pre-order preferred.
  • Limited quantity for sale on the day.
• Sushi Minis: $10 for 10 pieces.
  • Strictly pre order only.
  • Varieties available: tuna, avocado, teriyaki chicken.
• Sushi Standard: $10 for 5 pieces.
  • Strictly pre order only.
  • Varieties available: tuna, vegetarian, katsu chicken.

Drinks & Icy Poles:

• Cold Water 600ml: $2.00 each
• Juice box: $2.50 each
  • 100% juice.
  • Varieties available: orange, apple, apple & blackcurrant.
• Icy poles: $2 each or 2 for $3.
  • Zooper doopers and Berri Quelch.

Sweet:

• Please support Our Ruby Girl by buying their baked goods.

Please note, the school canteen will be closed on carnival day and there will not be a bake sale this year. Join in supporting the amazing local initiative Our Ruby Girl Coffee Van and their valued employees. Our Ruby Girl hire staff living with disability and takes on two high-school aged work experience students with disability per term.

As always, you are welcome to bring your own lunch, snacks and drinks.
