Yirri Yaakin Incursion 

"Yirra Yaakin creates, presents and celebrates First Nations’ theatre, performance and stories. Local stories inspiring the globe.”

Yirra Yaakin [Yir-raarh Yaarh-kin] means “Stand Tall” in Noongar. Based in the heart of the Noongar Nation – a distinct Aboriginal cultural group from the south-west of Western Australia – Yirra Yaakin is Australia’s biggest Aboriginal-led theatre company.

Years 1 through 6 will attend this in school activity

Along with our Italian Themed assembly, Friday May 5 will be dress in Italian colours day. On this Friday, students from Pre-primary to year 6 are encouraged to wear green, white and/or red clothing.  Please make sure students are still dressed in sun smart clothing and have appropriate school footwear.
